  • When do orders close each month?

Orders close on the 20th of each month so I can print and prepare the exact quantity needed.

  • When will my letter ship?

All letters are shipped at the end of the month. This allows time for printing, packing, and preparing the artwork.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Letters are sent via standard letter post through Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 2–5 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
USA / Canada: 7–14 working days
Australia / Asia: 10–21 working days

  • My letter hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
    If your letter hasn’t arrived after:

UK: 10 working days
International: 30 days

please contact me and I’ll help resolve the issue.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled before the monthly order cut-off date. After that point, the order enters production and cannot be modified.
